There’s nothing quite like working outdoors in the Northern Beaches, and this project was one the team truly loved. With Pittwater as the backdrop, we took on the challenge of transforming a newly purchased home’s front balcony, creating a functional, beautifully detailed space that enhances both lifestyle and street appeal.

The renovation featured exposed pine rafters, bringing warmth and character to the design while ensuring durability against coastal conditions. We installed a V-groove ceiling, adding depth and texture, perfectly complementing the home’s relaxed yet refined aesthetic. The custom handrails and large exterior-grade posts, finished with custom skirtings, provided a polished, high-end look while maintaining structural integrity against the elements.

By closing in the front balcony, we created a sheltered outdoor living space, making it the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and take in the afternoon sailing across Pittwater. The result? Happy clients and a team of craftsmen proud of their work—a renovation that blends expert craftsmanship with a deep appreciation for the Northern Beaches lifestyle.
