The Warrawee project was a carefully designed apartment renovation on Sydney’s North Shore, transforming the interior to enhance both functionality and style. With a focus on modern apartment living, this renovation introduced a brand-new kitchen, seamlessly blending aesthetics with practicality to maximise space efficiency, something essential in a North Shore apartment.

To elevate the look and feel of the home, we installed premium flooring, bringing warmth and cohesion to the space. A striking stucco feature wall was added as a design statement, introducing texture and depth, while the custom TV media area was crafted for both style and function, integrating technology without disrupting the apartment’s clean and modern aesthetic.

For the laundry, a floor-to-ceiling V-groove sliding door provided a sleek, space-saving solution, ensuring the area remained both practical and visually appealing. Every detail in this North Shore renovation was executed with precision, creating a refined, contemporary space that enhances everyday living.
